Truck repair and Debt

my truck shown in the picture is in need of a lot of repairs. i use this truck to go to work and school. i also transport my 2 kids in it .so it is important for me to get it fixed as soon as possible . i fear that any day now what is need of repaired will finally brake and i wont have the money to have it. I am also looking for money beyond truck repairs to help me get back on my feet.so any help will be very helpful. thank you for reading and may you have a blessed day.
