TREATMENT FOR TMJ(TEMPORO MANDIBULAR JOINT DISORDER

I'm a fredderick marqueses who is asking for my medical treatment for a long time since I was 15 years old. it is called a TMJ (temporo mandibular joint disorder). I am 34 years old and have 2 children. My eldest son is 11 years old and my youngest daughter is 4 years old. so i tried to go to the fundraiser because i can not afford my treatment. I am asking for help from my fellow man. and I hope you have a doctor who can read and help me in my suffering with TMJ for 19yrs.
