Trades for people in recovery

This fundraising activity is to provide finance in order to allow people in addiction recovery who have trades etc to do community projects such as plumbing, painting etc. This benefits both vulnerable people in the community getting access to trades cheaply but also offers jobs to those with barriers to employment. The proceeds will help to purchase a van, tools, advertising, training and pay salaries for mentors and trainees. This is a much needed community rescourse. The beauty is, it will be run by non using addicts in recovery with the view to assist people back into emplloyment by enhancing their skills and build confidence.
