Too poor to graduate -help me please

Hi, My name is Billy, I am in my final year of study at one of the best universities in London studying Molecular Biology. My dream is to become a cancer researcher. I am a very hardworking student who does well in all my exams and assessments. I am due to graduate this year However I've come under very hard times and fear that my years of hard work and dedication will go to waste as I can’t afford to finish my degree. I come from one of the poorest areas within the country and have attended one of the worst state schools; working all my life to get into one of the world’s best universities. However everyone here seems to be from private schools and can go through university without financial worry. I on the other hand have hit rock bottom and have to miss out on food so that I have enough money to travel to university. I regularly have to check the canteen at closing time to see if they can give me anything to eat that is about to go out of date . I am down to my last 10 pounds and don’t know who to turn to. I have to pay rent in March and I fear I will be kicked out since I won’t have the funds, this will mean having to leave university and see my dreams fall down the dream. Please could anyone kindly help me since I’m so close to graduating and achieving my dreams that it would utterly destroy me if I had to pull out now because of finances :(
