I have for years lived with debilitating phobias and other severe symptoms. I was diagnosed by psychiatrist years ago with Schizophrenia. Despite being told I had this condition, doctors told me later they were unsure of my diagnosis. It has taken me over 10 years to seek a second opinion from a psychiatrist as the symptoms were getting worse and causing me tremendous stress and anxiety, not to mention causing strain on relationships and friendships. The diagnosis I have been given is Borderline Personality disorder. I also have OCD and need counselling for past traumas but the therapy that my psychiatrist has told me is the most effective for treating Borderline Personality Disorder is DBT but sadly it can not be offered to me as it's no longer available through MHT. So I would have to pay to see a therapist independently and I also need to buy workbooks to help with the therapy. I have finally found out what my true diagnosis is after years of living in the shadow of my former diagnosis and gradually becoming so isolated that I cut so many people out of my life. i just want to get well and repair my life and get well again. Please can you help me raise the money that I can put towards DBT therapy sessions and work books.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read about this campaign and if you can help,it would be extremly appreciated.
