To help families who have no financial support hold a funeral

Sadly people pass away suddenly with no means of paying for the funeral. Funeral directors require third party fees (Cemetery or Crematorium, Doctor's Medical certificates in case of cremation) and Minister's fees upfront before the funeral can be confirmed.

If this is not readily able to be paid this will hold the up funeral from taking place.

AS a former funeral director and now ordained Minister and Life Celebrant, I have seen first hand how this adds further distress and upset to the situation of the sudden death of their loved one.

I am setting up a charity to help fund funerals for people who suffer this financial burden.

All funds raised will go in to a special account and used to pay for a simple traditional funeral for these families.

Such circumstances for needing a funeral fund contribution could be for a number of reasons

1. Suicide
2. Family do not qualify for a social fund payment from the DWP
3. No pre-paid funeral plan in place
4. Financial hardship in the family

Please help a family to lay their loved to rest and donate towards a payment for a funeral to go ahead with compassion.
