To build a home

I bought a tiny cabin in November 2020, but it was just the hole-filled exterior shell - there was no insulation or interior walls. I bought this place so that I can have my own nontraditional house that I owned (I don't own the land it's currently on), bc I felt this was the starting steps toward home ownership until I can buy land to put the house on. I managed to buy the insulation materials and interior walls, but there were so many things wrong with it that I was left with no money to pay for the rest of the materials and labour to complete the project. This project has left me with major depression.

A family member has offered to help me buy a new one and start afresh. I'm so excited about getting this second chance, bc I didn't think I would ever get to a point where I could feel happy about my choice to go down this path. The new house is slightly bigger, it's 6x7m, and it has 2 bedrooms. I love the idea of alternative homes, and I'm so excited I get to do this too. The money raised by this crowdfund will go towards paying off my house (so awesome to even type those words). Every contribution helps, no matter the amount and thank you for taking the time to read through this and for considering my CF. I will update with pics as soon as it comes in.
