TikTok owes me $800

Earlier this year I downloaded TikTok again as I was not active on the platform for quite some time and found that I had a diamond balance of over 16,000 diamonds which is equivalent to over $800 - this was sent to me over live streams I did by "fans" or viewers.

This was incredible news to me as I was laid off from my job at the end of June, lost my University funding without any reasoning, and had to sell my car in order to survive.
I saw that I did not have the option to withdraw the funds and I have been sending TikTok several emails and reporting errors on the App over the last few months and did not receive a single response from them. I sent them screenshots to prove what I was talking about and still nothing.
I even commented on their Instagram account hoping I would get a reply but instead got spam responses from hackers.
I just want to be able to access the money that was sent to me and not have to deal with the stress of trying to get through to someone when it clearly is no big deal to the people at TikTok.

During this process, I tried changing my region on the AppStore to one that accepts PayPal as a payment method and even used my family details to try and withdraw the money, but because I was not a resident of the country, the people at PayPal blocked my account. So, the last few months have been incredibly stressful and I have been borrowing money from family and friends to get by, I would really love it if I could pay back what I owe as I do not want to further burden my loved ones.

I don't really know how GoFundMe works, but it is the only option that I have not yet tried and I would be so incredibly grateful if this could help my situation in any way.
