They stole my wife The Jack Banta story

Jack Banta's wife Leona was taken away from him after being married for 44 years. During their marriage he raised her 6 children ages 2-16 like they were his own, as their biological father had left them with nothing. Jack and Leona both worked full time to raise the family and as such the children grew up to be successful.

Leona died without Jack being able to see her after two years of attempting to do so. This occurred because the children, the very ones he raised, lied in court and changed her will to suit their own needs.

Our hope is that we settle this case and Jack receives compensation for his years of heartbreaking anguish and financial loss.

After countless hours of research, we have seen time and time again that elder abuse is more common that one might think. Because of this, Jack has plans to start a fund to assist other seniors in the same unfortunate predicament.
