Our Mission is to provide Homeless Veterans, At-Risk Veterans and Transitioning Military with a low stress transition to the civilian workforce, by providing workforce building, transitional living, military comradery, financial awareness, and military benefit assistance.

The Reloaded Program is here to ensure Veterans are provided temporary housing and transitional living. We strive to make the transition easy and as stress free as possible, by providing work, resume building, benefits coordination, healthy living, and a work environment surrounded by their brother and sister veterans.

Located in San Antonio, Texas, we accept applications from Veterans from across the country and we will get you here!

Reloaded was formed after the Co-Founders Evan and Veronica Erdmann noticed a nation that could not fully take care of the men and women who sacrificed everything to protect our great nation. The Erdmann’s saw a need and are working to meet the needs of Veterans through their project and working with other non-profits.

Veterans are having a hard time adjusting to the civilian workforce by expecting high standards and action to be taken, only to be disappointed. Veterans were also figuring out, their Military Occupational Specialties, did not transfer to the civilian workforce and their leadership has no bearing. The Reloaded Program will provide Veterans with the work experience needed to go into the civilian workforce with an impressive resume, that shows dedication, team work, the ability to advance in a company, as well as retail management. That way they can leave the program obtaining a respectable position that puts them in charge and can afford a decent living.

Reloaded also will be able to provide housing to Veterans that are homeless, down on their luck and struggling to get by, and transitioning military personnel. We are going to assist in every way possible to improve the veterans life and assist with their struggles.

We are currently in the process of purchasing land to build a community for Veterans and their families, where the housing will be located. Additionally, we will work to provide work, assist with resume building, benefits coordination, healthy living, and a work environment surrounded by their brother and sister veterans. The community for Veterans will include therapeutic programs such as community gardening, music/art programs and health and wellness services.

We are a group of Veterans who see the need of providing additional support to help our brothers and sisters in arms. Our staff consists of volunteers who have selflessly sacrificed their time for planning, organizing and orchestrating the start of this great program.

By “At Risk,” The Reloaded Program considers the following to be at risk:

-Verge of suicide, there are too many Veterans committing suicide which can be avoided;

-At risk of losing their home or becoming homeless (at this time we cannot take in families but ultimate goal is to be able to take in families); and

-Uncharacteristic behavior- coping with the trauma of deployment or adjusting to civilian life.

Whatever the story may be we are here to help. Transitioning from military life to civilian life isn’t always easy, we can be that stepping stone to a smoother transition. Military jobs don’t always cross over to the civilian side, we can provide various training to further the education of the Veterans and make them more appeasable to employers. We are currently pairing up with local employers who will offer OJT and direct employment. We will be taking in Veterans from all over the country our goal is to help any Veteran in need. We will relocate them to our community and get them back on their feet and or trained in a new field. We will have an application process such as we will not take in Pedophiles, dangerous criminals will be handled on a case by case basis.

Our Veterans are what protect and defend this great nation, so we will be assisting all Veterans.

We are Federal Exempt 501C3 Non-Profit Organization. Donors can deduct contributions they make under IRC Section 170.
