Hi, I am raising funds for the Yoga Therapy Foundation http://www.theyogatherapylounge.co.uk/ by sky diving from 15,000ft. From this height, I will experience an adrenaline-fuelled minute of freefall reaching terminal velocity at 120mph! A group of us will be doing the skydive on 13th July at Hibaldstow, Brigg http://www.skydiving.co.uk/
The Foundation aims to raise funds to provide yoga and therapy for disability, health issues and injury rehabilitation. Yoga is a powerful therapy for many health conditions and injury rehabilitation.
The Foundation provides holistic therapies and yoga to those that suffer with serious debilitating conditions and injuries, the techniques used have a powerful and significant improvement towards rehabilitation and pain relief.
