The Shay B. Starnes Memorial

We have set up a Memorial Scholarship fund honoring Shay B. Starnes. Her passion for music and her vibrant personality will live on through many adults and children that have had the honor of being a part of her life. This Scholarship will be used as the family sees fit in assisting young adults in their love for music. We know she had an enormous circle of friends, students, and colleagues, so this will give you another way to give. Anything donated on her go fund me will be transferred directly to the Memorial Scholarship
