Campaign Story
The Light of Mary Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to cater to the needs of marginalized men and women who are hospitalized. We assemble care packages containing toiletries and other basic essentials necessary to make their stay a little more comfortable. One local government hospital and informal settlement are benefiting from the work of the Foundation and inspire our intention to grow. The foundations long term goals look to expand into old age homes, orphanages as well as the marginalized communities that surround Johannesburg.
This is your chance to remember the forgotten and abandoned. This foundation encapsulates the principle of charity to the needy. We all too often overlook how easy it is to give. We forget how easy it is to share our light to those in dark places. Assist us in lighting a path for the forgotten ones.
