The importance of self confidence

Having grown up overweight , lower middle  class  severely  teased  and ridiculed ,made me a loaner!  throughout Life ihave worked hard at  trying to overcome the long term affects of my past ! After25 yrs I have made great progress I've moved 3000 miles Away made great friends  and even lost a hundred pounds, but there is still a void somewhere and I have talked with those closest to me and came to a conclusion that I want and need some cosmetic surgery to deal with the loose  Hanging skin I know this won't make my life perfect from the past  but any bit of self confidence I can get is helpful  I have truely thought this through!
