Who I am...

I am a young woman who dreams of being a world wide name with my handmade jewelry and art.  I'm an Artist and a Metalsmith who is the sole proprietor/artist/designer/secretary/head of advertising and marketing/photographer/vendor/saleswoman... In other words, I am H. Sloane Adams.

What I do...

 I have been given this wonderful opportunity to learn from and work with a master craftsman in the art of jewelry and small sculptures.  Now it's time for me to branch out and make a name for myself and I am quickly learning that  the old saying "You have to have money to make money" is oh so true.  Growing up, it was my dream to be a well known artist (and not a starving one), to work for myself, and be able to make a living at what I love doing.  When I started my very small business, I was faced with the important question of what my business's name would be.  It didn't take much thought because I know that the essence of my work and the concepts in my designs are reflections of who I am as a person in every sense of the word.  I put my blood, sweat, and tears, literately, into my art and I want my customers to know that when they wear a piece of my jewelry or hang a sculpture of mine on their wall, they are looking at a piece of me.  

Why I need your help...

I am currently traveling to different cities on the East Coast of the US, selling my work at craft shows and all types of stores and also selling online.  Unfortunately, I am struggling to continue this due to the growing cost of travel, materials and tools, and booth fees at shows.  If you would be interested in donating to my small business it is greatly needed and appreciated.  I absolutely love going to work everyday, exploring new designs and learning new techniques, and it would crush me if I had to give up my dream due to lack of funds.  This is all I know and all I do/crave/dread/admire and I love every minute of it.  Thank you so much for your time and your help.
