Who are we?
This October, Raffles Girls' School will be leaving its 60 year-old Anderson campus and moving to Braddell.
As we looked back, we were struck by how much our teenage memories were tied to the campus.
And so the Anderson Film Project was born.
Help us bring this adventure to life: 20 minutes of stunning footage of the curves and edges of 20 Anderson Road, woven into voices of people living and breathing along these walls.
How can you help?
$251: that's how much we need to make our film a reality. + an extra dollar for ice cream.
(just kidding, it's the minimum amount we could request on this site)
This'll cover costs for:
- filming equipment (microphone, wire converters, etc.)
- editing software
It might not seem like much, but as a bunch of university students and fresh graduates, we'll say - every dollar counts!
Every donation will be rewarded with your chosen name in the film credits, and of course our love and gratitude <3
What if we raise extra money?
Got that covered: we'll donate it back to the school, in the spirit of our film.
What's next for us?
We've started filming - gotta be snappy before the big move.
We'll continue updating this page as we make progress, but our intended timeline for now: start post-production in August, and publish the film by October.
We'll also upload it for every one of you to enjoy - stay tuned!
