Tharu’s Transitioning

My name is Tharaka Ushanthi. I am a 27 year old transgender woman from Sri Lanka, and I have been working on saving up for one of my gender confirmation surgeries, my SRS (sexual reassignment surgery) and I am currently on my HRT (Hormones Replacement Therapy).

I am UI UX Designer and with my current family situation I am little bit low on my savings. I do not plan on funding the entirety of my Transitioning with crowdfunding - I only want to lessen the blow, so do not feel pressured to donate! This is entirely optional. Take care of yourself and your needs first.

I felt pressured for like 26 years why I am this way. Finally with the help of Dr. Pabasari Ginige I have found my true self.
