Thalassemia Treatment- Please support this family

This 11-year-old girl has been suffering from Thalassemia Major, a rare blood disorder in which the body doesn’t produce enough oxygen-producing proteins.

Her long battle started when she was just 11 years old. After weeks of prolonged illness, medicines, and numerous tests, we were told about her disease. We were inconsolable. Our world had fallen apart.

The doctors calmed us down and told us that our daughter can fight this disease. “There are two options- either regular blood transfusion as a temporary solution or a bone marrow transplant as a permanent cure,” we were told.
