Campaign Story
My goal is to raise money to help pay the Veterinary bill for my dog Tehya. Last week I started to notice Tehya's abdomen was swollen and by Sunday it got to the size of a basketball. I took her to the vet and they discovered her abdomen was filled with fluid and she has a inoperable cancer on her liver the size of lemon. I asked how long does my dog Tehya have to live and the vet told me weeks and I started to cry after hearing that. The vet did drain the abdominal fluid close to 6 pounds of it and prescibed antibiotics for a urinary tract infection. Tehya is now with me at home and occaisionally when I look at her I begin to break down and cry knowing I will be losing her soon.
My dog Tehya was given to me in 2001 when she was only 6 months old. The word Tehya means precious in the native American language Navajo. She is older now but still looks like a puppy. I will miss her running around the house playing with her favorite squeak toy and I am starting to cry just thinking about that. I was glad I took her to the vet and they were very nice. I am asking for help to pay for Vet Bill a Total of $845.85 Thank you all for taking the time to read my story and helping me out. Have a wonderful day!!
