Technical liquid and grease shop.

Hello! I have all time worked in different organizations, every time I was looking for something that could really like to do. In the last year I have been lot thinked about my own business.

As my passion is cars and other tehnical equimpent and I have studied and graduated bachelor’s degree in Automotive transportation and engineers degree I was searching ideas in this way. Than I comed up to idea that I could make tehnical liquid and grease shop. I made research in my town and comed to conclusion that there is situation that there is no such place where customers can go and choose for example for his car oil from more than 3 brends of oil. Usually there is two choises - one which is cheaper and mostly not known so good and other is opposit.

So the idea is to make place where can come customers and choose like from about 6 brands of oil, so I could please customer needs not only to give him the only what there is. I also have found a place where this shop could be opened, there are space for shop not far away from centre of town and near the way to other town where is very big people flow, nearby are few workshops which could be potential clients.
Aim is to sell oils, liquids and greases for cars and commercial transport as well as for hydraulic systems and for farm and industrial machines. This could include:

• Engine oils;
• Hydraulic oils;
• Transmission oils;
• Coolant liquids;
• Brake fluid;
• Additives;
• Paper towel rolls for service zones;
• And brake cleaners;
• Maybe some kind of filters.

There is no need to fill shop with more things, because I think better is to focus on one type of products.
For less expenses I want to get as much as possible from brand dealers their products for distribution.

About the management in the begginning I think there is neccessary to have there me plus one person to handle logistics and for client searching, for example driving to farms and repair shops to provide them with our production and usage possibilities. I thing this is important thing what is neccessary to do because it is neccessary to get people known with products available not only to get customers, but to keep them. So even if you have customers you need to contact them regullary and ask about their opinion and get information what is neccessary to change or improve. Of course very important point is to develop and work on good advertising in social media and other. Paper works will be done by other company to reduce costs that will be less if compare with person that will be hired. In our country is hard to start own business because in most countries there are tax discounts for new businessman for the first years, but not in our, when you start your business you already need to pay high taxes. So what I am asking is for help to beggin this business. I will appreciate every help that will be provided to help me to make step further and try to reach my goal.
