Teacher needs financial aid in her dialysis

Ofelia Recodo was a retired elementary teacher at Concepcion Central School,Concepcion,Iloilo.

She is suffering from diabetes type 2 since 1991.She discovered the disease when she was teaching and manage to control the disease by taking maintenance medications.Teaching is her passion and teacher Ofelia remains single because she dedicated her time in teaching.

Teacher ofelia is living with her niece Jade Recodo,who is looking after teacher Ofelia.

This August of 2019,teacher Ofelia was admitted to the hospital due to her disease and some complications arises.During her stay at the hospital teacher ofelia was advised by her doctor to undergo a weekly dialysis since her kidneys are not functioning well and that they can be discharge from the hospital.

With the big amount of their hospital bill teacher ofelia opted to sign a promisory note since they can not afford to pay the exact amount of their bill and that they only pay a small amount of money the have from the donations of their families.

After being discharged teacher ofelia was scheduled for a weekly dialysis and underwent the said dialysis on sept.5,2019.

Teacher Ofelia Recodo is knocking at your heart and asking for your help anyway you could to help her in their finances and support her weekly dialysis.
