Campaign Story
In the early hours of this morning, Monday 6th February 2022, an earthquake of 7.8 magnitude occurred in southern Turkiye and northern Syria — followed by a second and third earthquakes of magnitudes 6.4 and 6.5, minutes after.
Within 12 hours of the first earthquake and with rescue operations already underway, a second large earthquake with a magnitude of 7.5 hit the region once more.
Currently over 20,000 people are confirmed dead in both Turkiye and Syria, with the number rising by the hour.
Muslim Around Africa Project is the trying their best to support those that are affected and to provide emergency support to those hit hard by the crisis
