Dear friends,

I would like to get in touch with you, I had a Palsy and I got relevant sequels, and I need to have surgery.

We look for alternatives in Brazil, but only an American doctor from Los Angeles performed such procedure, we went through the consultation in which we were given a value above our possibilities.

I would like to ask for your help to make a financial contribution so that we can carry out this procedure.
