Hi to every one, so my story ... My dog needs urgent surgery after having a few already and the vet cots are getting more then i can afford. So as a puppy he war heavily abused (Not by me, by prev owner) and as a result he developed some mental problem, stress and self mutilation when things get really bad. He has already undergone a few sugary's as a result of the self mutilation. The last one i had to amputate his tale as he was eating it to a point where you could hear the bones cracking. This has been the same issue with some limbs and so forth. The vet suggested i put him (Rover) to sleep as the cost of the sugary's are getting enormous but i have assured her that this is not an option and i will do all i can and give every cent i have to help him, and this is now the case where i have spent every cent i have and all my saving to a point where i have nothing left and dept piling up. I am asking if anyone if they possibly can in any way for help. I know there are many people with far more serious problems but i have been backed up in a corner to a point where i have the option of asking for help or putting him to sleep as i have nothing left to keep on helping him.

I have no problem presenting bills on bills, pictures and so forth. I am asking for help as its my last and only option.
