Support Relief for Vulnerable Families and Pensioners during COVID-19

With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic there are thousands of people more vulnerable than ever that need our support. With the heightened quarantine, many families have been left with no income and no means to buy food or hygiene products to keep themselves alive and safe.

With your help I would like to fundraise for the SAVF, a Non-Profit Organisation providing social services (shelter, food and emotional support) to vulnerable families and individuals in South Africa who are not able to sustain themselves during this unprecedented time.

On Friday, April 24th myself and my 2 year old son Robert will be walking (and pushed in the pram!) 42.2km around our plot to help raise money for the SAVF. The 42.2km is the same distance as the running section of the Ironman Championship Race and as a complete running novice, this is probably the closest I'm ever going to get - so please help sponsor anything you can!

The whole world is in this together and we can all take care of each other in this time of need. Sometimes that's all it takes. A helping hand.
