Support me for University 2nd year fee

Hello, I am a student from one of the university in Singapore. I am currently waiting for my 2nd year to start in September. 3 days ago my Mom who is Indonesian come out with a news that shocked me, that she can't afford to continue paying for my tuition fees. It seems that after some twist and turn with my current family (my mother remarried), she is left with very little amount of money every month(around 300 dollar) and has been accumulating some debt here and there eventhough its not much. As I am a Singaporean, I tried to apply for a student loan with my uncle as guarantor(since i got no income) but my uncle is already 65 years old and is not qualified to be my guarantor. I was thinking of delaying my study to work (if its possible to delay my 2nd year) so I can slowly save some funds to continue my study next year. But the thought of it makes me quite sad that I am far behind my peers and friends that I have known (In total its 4 years since beforehand I also got my study delayed by the same problem). I was thinking that I need to graduate as soon as possible so I can also support my parents and my grandma after I graduate and get a job. My problem might not be the worst that people have, but I honestly think that I should try my luck to gather some funds for my study. Any amount is precious to help me and at the end of the day, for anyone who read this far, I am very thankful of your thoughts to listen and read this. Cost of my 2nd year of University fee:

SGD6500 including tax for reregistration and that year tuition fees

SGD2600 for exam payable in January which is possible to raise by my part-time jobs
