Support for legal assistance

We are in an effort to raise funds to provide Wayne with a private criminal defense attorney to support and advocate for Wayne, not work against him.

Wayne and his co defendant have been assigned a public defenders due to ineffective counsel with his previous private attorney, conflict, and inability to afford private counsel. Given the nature of the case, Wayne deserves representation that will seek justice for him. We have weighed the pros and cons of private and public counsel and have determined that he will benefit the most from retaining private counsel. He needs an attorney who is willing to fight for him.

The case has been determined to be very political, unethical and prejudicial. Unfortunately, throughout this, we have realized that the justice system is very corrupt and unjust. You are guilty until proven innocent! Not vice versa as we have previously thought. Due to the blatant prejudice, many have misconstrued this case based on biased news articles that contains misinformation post-indictment. These articles have not been updated with facts and discovery provided a year later by the government and the defense, disproving much, if not all, of what the articles state.

Wayne has missed many life events, including the birth of son in November, and the remainder of his fiancés pregnancy. His fiancé dropped out of her last semester in engineering school due to mental health issues from this case coupled with her pregnancy. Their lives have completely derailed! All they want is for Wayne to be home, preferably as a liberated man
