Hello! My name is Bontle!

I am a student at the University of Witwatersrand, studying International Relations and Psychology. I am passionate about youth leadership and African development, and as an affirmation of my continued involvement and commitment to social developmental issues, I have been chosen from 150 applicants to participate in the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in New York on the 6th-17th of March 2023!

This conference is an amazing opportunity for me to gain insight into the global issues facing women and girls around the world. I will be able to make connections with influential leaders in the field, as well as learn firsthand how I can continue to make a difference in my community.
