As a Healthcare Outreach volunteer, we will spend the week visiting rural communities where healthcare is inaccessible for many people, helping with malaria testing and treatment, as well as education around sexual health, hygiene and nutrition.
Our tasks will include community education and prevention and malaria testing.
Our fundraiser is to be able to send two of our instructors/healthcare professionals to be a part of this journey in making a difference. We at Summitview CPR & First Aid hope for this to be the first of many life changing opportunities for volunteers and communities around the world alike.
