Studying for a better future

Hi, allot of people said they'll help out with my college fees,but when I got to the college on the first day they told me I'm unable to attend even after getting enough money to pay for the registration and everything else, I didn't expect that no one would come through after everyone said ey'll help out, I was in a different city away from home and I had to work two jobs one was a daily shift and the other was a night shift and I sometimes got home at 2 am I was underpaid and the reason for that is because of how hard it is to find a job just in general, I finally returned home, but here there are literally no jobs, even being a car watch is fully booked and I want to study online Graphics design, web development and different languages of coding, but the best online studying courses asks money and they won't give me a certificate if I don't pay, but the biggest problem is people won't pick me out of the 30 others that applied for a job if I don't have proof and a certificate of what I did, I really want to study and it feels like my hands are tied behind my back, please fund me not because you should feel obligated but probably because you know what it feels like when people look down on your value and worth just because you weren't successful the first time, my parents both got retrenched from their jobs that's how bad this place is with jobs and I really want to work hard, but sometimes you just can't without help.
