Students from rural areas to have universities application fees

This is about helping learners from rural areas to have application fees,since there are poor and do not have internet access but it aims for learners around Bergville area in KwaZulu Natal.We have a problem of learners who passes their grade 12 perfect,but only to find out thet they do not have money to apply and end up getting pregnant because they are at home and the population is increasing that way.It is bad for us our country in South Africa because,We are a developing country.
