"Stranded" is a short film that talks about the average teenager problems and conflicts in high school, but told in a unique way.
The film concept first came out as "what would it be like to a student to get locked into school during night?". The director, Miguel A. Alcalde started discussing about this idea with the short film cinematographer, Kenneth Geroge. The first general ideas was to do a horror movie in high school, but after some weeks of brainstorming ideas, the story came to be a representation of one of the day to day problems that every teenager has to deal with sometimes. General concept of the story was developed then, so our director started writing a script.
Apart from the typical production problems in the last moment, the crew had to stay everyday after school until 1am during the 6 days that the shoting schedule took part. But finally, what sometimes was considered impossible to finish, was done thanks to the amazing crew they had.
