Student Mould Nightmare

I'm 20, a full time second year student, and bought my first house in May. All was well until my mum bought me a new bathroom floor for Christmas, we pulled the other up to find the chipboard is now black mould. It also runs into my adjacent bedroom and up a stud wall! This budget Christmas present is now looking to cost me a lot of money (which my double shifts at work won't cover anytime soon). I've got nowhere else to sleep but the carpet is down so it could be worse. I wasn't expecting to be forking out hundreds of pounds and I've just spent my emergency fund getting the leaky roof fixed! Any and all help appreciated!
