Student Film – Bloodhound

Hello! We are a group of film students from Teesside University, MDIS (Management Development Institute of Singapore), currently producing a film titled "Bloodhound". Paying homage to the action superhero genre, we have a vision to insert a marvel-esque story into our local scene.

Logline: In a future Singapore ridden with covert warfare, a cybernetically enhanced soldier encounters a mission that forces him to weigh between his loyalty and how much he's willing to sacrifice for his beliefs.

Imagine having our very own Winter Solider, set in the backdrops of our CBD and Singaporean landscapes, grungy fight scenes in the corridors of our heartlands. We are passionate about doing this because it's rare to see a superhero/supervillain film set in Singapore, and we think it is a good opportunity to showcase what filmmakers can do here.

We would need a week of shooting and are looking to raise a total of $5000. This will go towards equipment rental for the whole week, feeding the cast and crew, and securing locations.

If you are an organization or brand that wants to provide your products and/or locations (eg, sponsor food), your organization will receive the rewards according to the tiers listed, and have your organization logo listed in our credits.

Rough breakdown of the budget:
Equipment: $2800
Food (6 main cast, 12 crew, extras): $700
Location fees: $1000
Post-production & Music: $155
Platform and Processing Fees: $445 (or 8.9% of total amount raised)

We're looking to distribute the film through Viddsee and other streaming partners once production is done, or perhaps even take this project further.
