Stranded away from home

My truck is a 2007 Ford 1 ton pickup with the 6.0 Diesil. On Oct. 10 it brokedown Due to "Low oil Pressure" we were towed to a service garage where they found that the oil pump had broken and took out the Cam-shaft. They ended up saying they could fix it and after giving them $4,700 (that we borrowed) they got it started only to have it breack down again. They towed it back and after a week and a half they informed me that they are unable to fix it. In talking to Ford I have learned that the engine is shot and needs to be replace. A new engine through Ford cost in the area of $17,000 with another $2,000 for labor. In the mean time I am stranded in motel 8 with no money, the service garage made arrangements to have the motel bill sent to them and is adding it on to what I owe. With no income we cannot pay our bills and my wife will be facing eviction, shutoff notices and we have no place to go. I have been trying to see about some form of a federal buisness loan but I am having no luck. We need help!!!!!!
