Stayn Bicycles

I have been busy with a design of a new type of suspension, for mountainbikes, which has much less service costs and less Ware & Tear aspects on the suspension. In the process I met up with a few people to help me with design suggestions and material suggestions, and found another market in the process.

Namely Dirt Jump bikes and a very passionate guy that loves DJ riding, and thus the idea of Stayn Bicycles started.

So on the suspension aspect our goal is to make the entire suspension weigh nothing more than 700g with Carbon and 950g with Aluminium, but the best part about the suspension will be that you will be able to adjust the suspension travel with about 40mm of travel so if you have a gravel fork that would be 50mm travel the design will be setup to enable either 50mm, 70 or 90mm travel adjustable within 15min of stopping and wanting to adjust. Same goes for XC bikes, 100mm travel can be adjusted to 140 if needed, but for xc bikes comfort is key so advised between 100mm and 120mm. We will also be doing enduro forks. Given the design of the suspension a DH(downhill) bike suspension will be fabricated if the market takes well to the initial idea, but it won't be adjustable due to the Strain it would need to be able to handle.

With regards to the Dirt Jumper, we have a design and a setup ready to build. We will be starting with Steel or Chromoly Frames at first and as the Brand builds we will go onto Aluminium. We have a awesome infrastructure with regards to our marketing. The marketing manager is also a Trainer for a very big lot of schools and has a big influence in the ,marker that we have because of his skills and he will also be doing alot of the testing on the DJ bikes and Suspension.

That is our plan.
