Starting my own business

Hello everyone!

To start things off, let me introduce myself: my name is Nikola and at heart, I've always been a dreamer. As such, my vision has, with time and experience, grown into a desire to start my own business.

The support I've recieved from my parents, my friends and close associates have given me the necessary confidence to take the proverbial leap.

Primarily, NIZ will offer book keeping services as well as services that deal in management and upkeep of various realestates.

Instructed by previous experiences in the reception and hotel business as well as the various stories of those who own realestate and „weekend homes“ where they stay for a certain period during the year, I have thus decided to start this business in order to make it easier to maintain and reduce worries about said realestate while the owners are away.

As for the second part of the business, owners who rent their facilities, are usually very busy with other inevitable obligations and thus have little free time to devote themselves fully to the demands of their guests. This is where I come in. I will be the one to welcome them, to be at their disposal, as customer support for the duration of their stay, and on the day of departure I will be there to say farewell.

In the end, we have to consolidate finances, so with my knowledge and a masters degree in economics, as well as constant monitoring of the law and awareness of new changes, I can ease this concern for those who want it.

Good will, plenty of drive and much experience in this area of work is where I excel at. However, every new beginning, including mine, can be extremely tough and here is where I can use, as they say, a little push in the right direction.

I do believe, with the help of all of you who wish to support me, that we can achieve this goal.

On paper, the donated money would be used for:

• Company registration – cca 400,00 €
• Hardware (computer, printer, etc…) - cca 500,00 €
• IT licence for Windows 365 (Office packet) - cca 300,00 €
• Website design, maintenance – cca 1 000,00 €
• Web domain – cca 100,00 €
• Marketing, advertising – cca 500,00 €
• Insurance – cca 200,00 €

A non-negligible sum of the total amount will be spent on Croatian taxes, fees for paypal and bank transfer and fees for the GoGetFunding website.

As such, every donation, of any amount, counts towards being one step closer to making this dream a reality.

You will be informed of every step of this process.
