Through cooperation with the company OVB, which offers its contractual associates an excellent platform, and with which I have a contract through the Contract, the vision is to be the strongest market leader in a year for personal finance consulting for individuals and legal entities.

SUBJECT OF BUSINESS (description of existing / future business)

We talk to people about their wishes, needs and goals, consider their current situation, and create individual and customer-tailored solutions. For more than 48 years, OVB has been focusing on subsistence insurance, property value insurance, all the way to pension insurance, and the construction and increase of assets.

With our premium-select strategy, we help clients find the right choice for their needs between different types of services and different service providers. With this approach to comprehensive consulting, we protect our clients from the specific interests of service providers, where the needs of clients are not necessarily always in the first place.

DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS AND ACTIVITY

We expect successful cooperation with all natural and legal entities in the direction of providing our Allfinanz approach for each individual and each company, and especially for employees of the same companies who can get information about different financial services in one place according to their needs, goals and desires. With our concept and our service, we save our clients both time and money and help them plan a safer future, both for them personally and for their families.

STRUCTURE AND NUMBER OF EXISTING EMPLOYEES

The OVB Group, founded in 1970 in Cologne, Germany, now operates in 14 countries across Europe and has around 5,000 trained and certified personal finance advisors who deal with this business as their primary business and advise 3.44 million clients. If we add the number of associates for whom OVB is the primary activity and other associates for whom OVB is an additional activity, then the number of personal finance advisors is many times higher.

THE MARKET YOU ARE CURRENTLY OPERATING IN

As already mentioned, given that we are working on the OVB platform, which was founded in 1970, we can boast that OVB has about 3.44 million clients in Europe, and since 2006 OVB Group is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, operating in 14 countries across Europe.

OVB has been operating in Croatia since 1999 and has over 90,000 clients. We are the market leader in personal finance consulting with a share capital of HRK 5,243,300.00.

As a person who has entered their business system, funds are needed to start a business in person. An investment is needed in the business space that needs to be purchased, and in the training of new employees.

Funds are sought exclusively for investment in further operations.

STRUCTURE, NUMBER AND DYNAMICS OF NEW EMPLOYEES

We currently have a three-member team in Križevci, and our plan is to increase ours by about 10 more people in the next year. Our goal in the next two years in the area of Koprivnica - Križevci County is to have a team of about 20 people and thus be the market leader for personal finance consulting for individuals and legal entities in Koprivnica - Križevci County.
