Start up for Flower shop/Event planning

For years, my dream has been to have my own flower shop. Designing flowers is not just a job to me but a hobby as well. As a teen I had no clue what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. It took me being in a bad car accident and not being able to walk for months. I had the time to reflect and really think about what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. Since then I have worked hard to be educated and to keep up to date with new looks and designs. I have done countless weddings and partys and everyday designs for friends and family. But that can only get me so far! I am looking to expand and want to market to local business, churches and event companys. Any help you may be able to give would  be greatly appriciated. My family and I have recently moved to a new area, and I fill this would be a great start for me.
