Sri Lanka Elephant Experience

I have always loved animals, but don't we all?

For the first time, I get to travel alone to Sri Lanka for 3 weeks and help look after disabled and retired Elephants. Elephants are an important part of Sri Lankan culture; however there are not enough resources and people to take care of them.

I want to get out of my comfort zone and take part in this once in a lifetime opportunity. While getting to know the elephants, I will be working with many people from the local community.
