My name is Jordan Stringer (21), I am currently a student at the University of Johannesburg (UJ), studying a BA in sport psychology.
I started studying in the year 2016 and the year ended 2018 was suppose to be my final year. However due to a lack of funds and registration complications in 2018, i was forced to register 2 months late, resulting in missed assessments. As a result of this I had to drop one module as I had fallen to far behind to catch up.
This year I will be heading back to the University to complete my final module to obtain my degree.
By the the 1st of February an amount of $1531 (R21000) has to be paid in order to register at the university.
A further $875 (R12000) has to be paid by the beginning of June to cover the fees of my third year which will also allow me to graduate in September 2019.
I am a hard-working and highly dedicated student. I am passionate about life, enthusiastic and and always maintain a positive attitude. My goal is to complete my degree and further continue my studies where I will look to pursue a honours degree in Sport Management. I believe my education will go a long way in reaching my goal of nurturing the sporting talents of young individuals coming from underprivileged backgrounds, and give them a glimmer of hope of a future that is not bound by poverty.
I am dedicated to the cause and all the goals I have set myself and I believe nothing will stop me in achieving everything I set my heart too.
Any help will be hugely appreciated and welcomed with a humbled heart.
