Sport Project Creation Padel courts

Hello everyone !

Thank you in advance for the interest or even just reading my project because this project is also my passion since 4 years, I am a young Belgian living in Budapest since 6 months. I had the chance to travel to several countries where Padel (tennis) became the Number 1 sport in terms of notoriety. This sport that is not so young is today the sport with the greatest evolution in Europe, accessible to all beginners or professional everyone can hit the ball and enjoy the first exchange.

With more than 600 fields in Spain, more than 400 in Portugal, 220 in Belgium Northern Europe has started for 2 years to grow land all over Switzerland, France, Sweden, Holland, the Netherlands. Austria and again Croatia the neighboring country.

My project would be to be able to discover the sport first of all to the youngest because it is also them our future being able to transmit to them the values of a sport but also the sharing and of team spirit because yes the Padel is played a 2 vs 2.

I would like to welcome schools, youth associations or any other association that aims to help young people. We will welcome them from 8am to 4pm for free, We would like to teach them this sport which is so much fun to practice and easy. To be able to give the chance to all these young people to practice a sport because it must not be a chance but a right to be able to have a sporting activity at a very young age. A large number of parents do not have the possibility to pay to have their child participate in a sport because they do not have the financial means. I was lucky to have a dad who sent us to the sport of our youngest age but in my village it was not the case for everyone and it marked me a lot of times, I I asked why but my boyfriend did not come to the sport ... my dad simply told me that their parents can not pay. And today I realize how lucky I have been and I want to give everyone this chance.

You have the most important lines of my project keeping the financial side and profitability.

I am now in contact with several sports organization to implement our project alongside a sports club. Tennis, football or private space for the positive return and encouragement we decided to launch a kitty for our project to see the light of day.

Here is some figure the cost of a padel court is 15000 € an investment request of 20000 € was made because we want to be able to implement some infrastructure that will allow to receive our future practitioner.

Schedule:

• Short available free for children from 8h to 16h (schools, associations, etc. ..)
• Lesson and rental of the land from 16h to 21h from Monday to Sunday

Market study carried out:

Today an existing club in Budapest where there are 3 courts has for booking each day, (example for a field) on average 6h of reservation at the rate of 12000FT / 90 min from Monday to Friday with an opening from 9h to 21h every day as well as an average for 6 months of 30 lessons per week with an opening from March to November.
