SPONSORING A 7 YEAR OLD GIRL IN MOZAMBIQUE

I've always cared deeply for children, especially if they are disadvantaged and don't have many opportunities in life, if any. I have seen a few posts on social media with regards to disadvantaged communities and individuals struggling to survive. I wanted to see how i could help and so i started looking at 'support.savethechildren.org'. There is a girl named Laura who is 7 years old, she lives in Mozambique and her dream job for the future is to be a teacher. She has waited 333 days for a sponsor. I want to help her. I decided to become her sponsor and i am so happy that i did! However the costs to sponsor a child are $468 per year. I want to sponsor her long term and hopefully develop a relationship with her and maybe meet her someday! However , in 2021 i will be starting university and will not be making an income that can support her long term. Nevertheless i have made a commitment to sponsoring her and i will not break that promise that i have made to her and to myself. If you are in the position where you can or where you would want to donate, anything and everything big and small, would be greatly appreciated and would help me help Laura! Thank you!
