REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Zeenath and David Whitcomb – as of January 2021, new leaders of Kwethu Children’s Village (KCV).
We have come from Johannesburg, with our children, Zidane, Qaleela and Qhloe, to pursue our God-inspired dream of giving back to those less fortunate, in particular to growing Orphans and Vulnerable Children at KCV and make KCV once again a thriving and sustainable enterprise.
To do this we have given up regular jobs, as a deputy principal and as a senior manager of a tool and dye company, such is our belief in the importance and necessity of the KCV program.
AMERICAN SPONSORSHIP has been promised towards the revitalisation and growth of KCV. While the necessary paperwork is completed to ensure this promised money is delivered, we have moved down to live in KZN, near KCV in the Ukuhlamba district, in order to acclimatise and start the key ground-breaking work in forming relationships with KCV’s stakeholders and the Loskop community. But all this early work comes at a cost. So we can sustain ourselves as a family in the all important early months of this amazing new journey, we are asking for financial donations.
Donations will cover school fees and some medical for 3 children.
