Speech Pathology Internship in Tanzania

I am currently entering my fourth year at Brock University in the fall. I have an awesome opportunity to kick-start my experience and career by doing an internship in Tanzania over the summer of 2016! :)

I am hoping to do a volunteer internship in Tanzania next summer for Speech Therapy! I will be working in a clinic in Dar es Salaam alongside Speech Therapists, helping both adults and children.

However, this is quite an expensive trip and as a student trying to pay her way through her education, accomplishing both has been deemed nearly impossible! Therefore, I need a little assistance getting me to my dream job!

I have always been interested in volunteering abroad and helping those who need it most! I have dreamed of the day to take this opportunity to help others and won't let any obstacles get in the way of fulfilling my dream! All I want to do is help children and adults in a developing country who need the therapy to succeed socially. After all, the ability to speak is one of the most important tools a human can have! I love being able to help a person overcome their issues in this field and build their self-confidence! Please help me in reaching this goal. I know it's a lot to ask but anything would help! :)
