Special Car need

The fund will go to Charles Register who lost his special vehicle in an accident back on July 17th 2016. Charles uses special car for his wheel chair. He was paralyzed from the chest down due to the first accident happened back in 2004 . Now he is unemployed but volunteers his time and abilities with an Equine Assisted Therapy facility. He helps with other events in the state. He got enough money to buy a used car but still short to do the conversions necessary for his wheel chair accessibility. So he does appreciate any help to do so. Thanks.
