Sound 4 You – Studio Gear Needed

Sound 4 You is a Christian organisation which teaches sound, music and media production at schools. We are a registered business and a budding social enterprise. We teach at a few schools for a monthly fee and we use some of this money to fund doing community projects at schools which cannot afford the program - but it just isn't enough money.

We are struggling to keep the community projects afloat (transport & gear costs). We have some equipment - but it just is not enough. We need more money to have a greater impact on more schools and youth that are in gang and poverty ridden areas - the kids who really need an outlet to express and discover themselves and their true worth. We keep seeing how these kids just really want to join the program, but we cannot come to their schools - as it is just not financially feasible for us yet. And as more time goes by, these kids get lost into other worlds.

We cannot afford to purchase the sound equipment needed at these schools - one of which is based in Cravenby - notorious for poverty and gangsterism. We would like to use the proceeds to set up studio workstations, mics, sound gear and software.
