Sophie is sick!

I'm taking care of my Grandmothers dog while she's ill.  Two days ago the dog got very sick.  I didn't realize my Grandmother hadn't had the dog vaccinated and now I'm unable to take her to a vet.  I have called the vet and she needs to go in immediately.  She's throwing up and won't eat or drink.  I need help getting her immediate medical care, including xrays, shots, and any antibiotics or medications she'll need to keep her alive.  We're doing everything we can at home to keep her hydrated but it's not enough. We've found a low cost vet who is willing to help for a fraction of the cost if we can raise it.  Please help if you can... I'm not sure how long Sophie will make it without a vet.
