Soon to be Veterinarian and Cancer Survivor seeking help with student loans

I'm a 29 year old that is graduating in 3 months with a dual degree in veterinary medicine and public health. I've worked long and hard to finally accomplish my dream of being a vet but the loan payments are already coming in. I owe well over $250,000 and don't want to be discouraged by these loans for following my dreams. I've always worked for everything I've wanted financially in life. Since I've run out of time to postpone paying my loans I now have to start paying them even though I'm still in school and can't work. Anything anyone can do would be such a great help to me. I'm also a testicular cancer survivor and it's the driving factor in why I was able to accomplish my dreams. I was diagnosed right after my 18th birthday with testicular cancer, a few months before my senior year of high school. I underwent surgery and then chemotherapy. It was a very challenging time but in the end I became stronger person who realized how much I can overcome. I've now been cancer free for 11 years and am blessed every day. The whole experience helped me fight through countless challenging times in veterinary school. But here I am at the end of my journey. I know it's a lot to ask for help but it would be such a relief to be debt free and be able to focus on being a veterinarian and my patients each day and not have my loans weighing down on me. I'd love to work with animal shelters and do work for free for rescue animals but with all the debt I have there's no way I can work for free because I have these loans to pay. The amount I'm asking for is only 3/4 of my total loans I currently have. If anyone can help out I'd be forever grateful and you can send me all the animal questions you'd like haha. Thanks so much.
