Hi Njabulo Shelembe is founder of Quality Sporting Academy, where young soccer stars from different backgrounds around Durban gets professional training and and guidance.

Njabulo doesn't only focus in football development but works with the young people in different communities and inspire them to come together and become agents of change. His key areas of focus are what we believe to be the pillars of a fulfilling life, education and living a healthy life.

A turning point occurred when we realize that most of these talented young stars were not very informed about the industry, and failing to make it to the top ranks. As a team of Creatives we felt the urge to get engaged in providing career guidance, workshops and soccer clinics for them, thus developing the program called Quality Soccer Clinics where we teach young stars about the nitty gritties of the industry and make sure they are work ready. Njabulo believes in youth empowerment.

Education is not just a recognized fundamental right, it is a powerful force to make a breakthrough from the cycle of poverty and to bring out change in society. However it is not easy to reach everyone especially players from faraway places or rural areas who would also like to take part in these programs but unable because of the infrastructure. But i believe that if we can help each other many people will be saved.We cannot change the world at one go, but it is our sincere belief that we can help a few to change world,with your help we can make a huge difference.
